You say that you love me, but you are constantly looking at other women and telling me how I don’t measure up.
You say that you love me, but you say degrading things to me all the time. Like, I don’t know how to do anything the right way, or I don’t know how to speak to other people at a party unless you tell me, or how to dress unless you pick out my clothes then get mad when other men look at me. Funny how I was doing all these things before we met and I certainly got your attention.
You say that you love me, but you tell me I’m unfaithful a lot, but you’re the one staying out with friends ‘til all hours of the night. I think it’s projection on your part. You’re the one leaving me to go flirt with other girls/women at parties.
You say that you love me, but you hit me to “teach” me how to be better.
You say that you love me, but actions speak louder than words. You don’t love me; you want to control me. And this is what I say to you about that.
You don’t own me! I’m not your sex toy! I’m not your mannequin! I’m not your slave!
